Experience of Professor Xie Jingri in Treating Liver Fibrosis from the Perspective of Liver and Spleen

谢晶日教授对治疗肝纤维化有着丰富的经验，认为病机属本虚标实，湿、热、痰、瘀、毒为其主要的病理因素，病机的关键是肝失疏泄，日久成瘀。临证时以治血为主线，并将其贯穿始终，并总以补肾健脾、疏肝活血为基本治法，临床上疗效显著，并附验案一则用以参考。
Professor Xie Jingri has rich experience in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis, and believes that the pathogenesis is deficiency of the essence and excess of the substance, with dampness, heat, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin as the main pathological factors. The key of the pathogenesis is the loss of liver discharge, which becomes blood stasis over time. In clinical practice, blood treatment is the main line, which runs through the whole process, and tonifying the kidney and spleen, soothing the liver and activating blood circulation are the basic treatment methods, with remarkable clinical effect. An experimental case is attached for reference.
