Nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI), as one of the frontier technologies, is providing a significant driving force to the digital transformation of commercial banks. Fintech driven by AI is widely applied in banking services, which not only improves efficiency, reduces costs, but also provides customers with more high-quality, convenient, and personalized services. However, it also brings new risks. This paper analyzes the current status of AI applications in commercial banks, discusses the challenges of AI in fintech, and provides suggestions for future development. The aim is to provide valuable suggestions for the digital transformation of commercial banks.
