Abstract:

推进水文现代化是实现水利现代化不可或缺的基础性、先导性工作。视觉测流技术,作为一种新兴的水文测量技术,以其高度的数字化、自动化和智能化水平,为现代化水文站建设提供了有力支持。本文旨在研究视觉测流技术在国家基本水文测站提档升级项目站点中的实际应用效果,为其他水文站建设或推进全要素全量程全自动监测,加快构建雨水情监测预报“三道防线”提供参考和借鉴。
Promoting hydrological modernization is an essential and pioneering foundation for realizing the modernization of water resources management. Visual flowmeter technology, as a new approach in hydrological surveys, brings substantial support to the development of modern hydrological stations through its advanced levels of digitization, automation, and intelligence. This study focuses on examining the practical effectiveness of visual flowmeter technology in sites undergoing enhancement projects for national fundamental hydrological stations. The results shows that it intends to provide a reference and guidance for constructing other hydrological stations or advancing comprehensive, full-range, automated monitoring, which is helpful for accelerating the establishment of a “three-tier defense” system for hydrology monitoring and forecasting.
