普通高校毕业实习教学质量评价标准构建与实施——以某市属经管高校为例
Construction and Implementation of Teaching Quality Evaluation Standards for Graduation Internships in Ordinary Colleges and Universities—Taking a Municipal Economics and Management College as an Example

普通高校毕业实习是高等教育中不可或缺的一环，然而，目前在毕业实习中仍存在着如缺乏统一的教学质量标准、实习内容和任务不够明确、实习过程缺乏有效的监督与评估等。基于此，本文针对这些问题并根据毕业实习工作特点，提出毕业实习教学质量评价标准，并构建了相应的评价量表。通过打分的方式对学生的毕业实习质量进行评估，发现个别学院对专业毕业实习材料不够重视、部分学生实习资料规范性不足、个别专业毕业实习工作总结不够具体全面等问题，并提出改进建议。
Graduation internships in ordinary colleges and universities are an indispensable part of higher education. However, there are still problems in graduation internships, such as lack of unified teaching quality standards, unclear internship content and tasks, and lack of effective supervision and evaluation of the internship process. Based on this, this paper proposes a teaching quality evaluation standard for graduation internships based on these problems and the characteristics of graduation internships, and constructs a corresponding evaluation scale. By evaluating the quality of students’ graduation internships through scoring, it is found that some colleges do not pay enough attention to professional graduation internship materials, some students’ internship materials are not standardized enough, and the summary of graduation internship work in some majors is not specific and comprehensive enough, and suggestions for improvement are proposed.
