数字经济赋能乡村振兴的多维价值、现实困境与优化路径研究

近几年，数字经济正在以前所未有的速度与农业农村发展相融合，数字经济赋能乡村振兴已然是时代进步、社会发展的大势所趋。本文先从理论层面探讨了数字经济在赋能乡村振兴过程中的经济助推、乡村治理和生态文明的多重价值。由于在赋能过程中，乡村数字基础设施薄弱、乡村数字治理能力不足和绿色发展转型滞后等问题成为制约数字乡村发展的主要困境。为突破这些瓶颈，本文提出了一系列优化路径：完善乡村数字基础设施，推动乡村经济高质量发展；提升乡村数字治理能力，加快乡村治理现代化建设；助力乡村绿色转型发展，绘就宜居美丽乡村新画卷。以期有效实现数字经济赋能乡村振兴，为乡村可持续发展注入新的动能。
In recent years, the digital economy has been integrated with agricultural and rural development at an unprecedented speed, and the digital economy enabling rural revitalization has been the general trend of the progress of The Times and social development. This paper firstly discusses the multiple values of economic boost, rural governance and ecological civilization of digital economy in the process of empowering rural revitalization from the theoretical level. In the process of empowerment, problems such as weak rural digital infrastructure, insufficient rural digital governance capacity and lagging green development transformation have become the main difficulties restricting the development of digital villages. In order to break through these bottlenecks, this paper puts forward a series of optimization paths: improving rural digital infrastructure to promote the high-quality development of rural economy; improving the ability of rural digital governance, and accelerating the modernization of rural governance; helping the green transformation and development of rural areas, and drawing a new picture of livable and beautiful countryside. In order to effectively realize the digital economy to enable rural revitalization, we should inject new momentum for sustainable rural development.
