海尔智家数字化转型路径研究

Abstract:
家电企业是我国制造业的重要组成部分，海尔智家作为家电行业的领军企业，积极响应国家政策，全面推行数字化转型以提升竞争力。面对传统制造业转型升级的压力和数字经济崛起的机遇，海尔智家通过数字化转型实现线上线下经营模式升级，形成全域数字化转型能力。本文通过分析海尔智家数字化转型动因，并回顾了海尔智家数字化转型的进程，总结归纳了转型的效果，并提出相应的建议，以期为家电企业进行数字化转型提供参考。
Home appliance enterprises play a crucial role in China’s manufacturing industry. As a leader in the home appliance industry, Haier Smart Home actively responds to national policies and fully implements digital transformation to enhance its competitiveness. Faced with the pressure of transforming and upgrading traditional manufacturing industries and the opportunities presented by the rise of the digital economy, Haier Smart Home realizes the upgrade of its online and offline business models through digital transformation, thereby forming global digital transformation capabilities. This paper analyzes the driving forces behind Haier Smart Home’s digital transformation, reviews its process, summarizes its effects, and provides corresponding suggestions for reference by other home appliance enterprises undertaking similar transformations.
