Abstract:

页岩气开发是一项涉及多个不同行为主体的系统工程,随着中国页岩气开发的进一步深入,除关键核心技术问题外,从管理层面如何发挥激励的作用,以凸显主体之间合作对页岩气规模开发的重要性成为了核心问题。针对这一问题,从页岩气开发行为主体间不同激励关系入手,构建双层激励模型,研究非对称信息下页岩气开发行为主体合作开发决策过程,求解最优激励系数、企业投资水平、地方政府支持水平以及各方的收益,探讨各关键因素对激励机制和合作策略的影响特征,并通过数值仿真验证相关结论,从而为页岩气规模开发影响因素探索提供一种新的分析框架。
Shale gas development is a systematic project involving multiple different actors. With the further development of shale gas in China, in addition to the key core technology issues, how to play the role of competition and incentive from the management level to highlight the importance of cooperation between the actors for shale gas scale development has become a core issue. Based on the different incentive relationships among shale gas development actors, this paper constructs two-tiered incentive model to study the cooperative development decision-making process of shale gas development actors under asymmetric information. Moreover, this paper solves the optimal incentive coefficient, the level of enterprise investment, the level of local government support and the income of each participant. Besides, through discussing the influence characteristics of key factors on incentive mechanism, this paper verifies relevant conclusions with numerical simulation. The above research provides a new analytical framework for the exploration of influencing factors of shale gas scale development.
