5G背景下大数据知识管理能力对高校技术企业创新绩效的组态路径研究——基于fsQCA的实证分析

Abstract:
数据处理技术的不断突破,改变了原有的生产、生活模式,使社会发展进入一个全新的境界。本文以东北、华北高新技术企业为切入点,研究知识管理能力对高新技术企业创新所带来的影响。采取问卷调查方法,取得172份调查问卷,完成高新技术企业知识管理能力对创新绩效影响调查,采用fsQCA方法,分析高新技术企业创新绩效的实现路径。为高新技术企业创新能力培育,突破知识管理能力的瓶颈,提供了有益的佐证。
The continuous breakthroughs in data processing technology have changed the original production and life patterns, and social development has entered a new realm. This paper takes high-tech enterprises in Northeast and North China as the starting point to study the impact of knowledge management capabilities on the innovation of high-tech enterprises. A questionnaire survey method was adopted to obtain 172 questionnaires to complete the investigation of the impact of knowledge management capabilities of high-tech enterprises on innovation performance. The fsQCA method was used to analyze the implementation path of innovation performance of high-tech enterprises. It provides useful evidence for cultivating the innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises and breaking through the bottleneck of knowledge management capabilities.
