中国省域贸易隐含碳转移排放测度
Measurement of Embodied Carbon Transfer Emissions in Interprovincial Trade in China

随着全球气候变化问题日益严峻，碳排放量成为衡量国家和地区经济发展方式与环境影响的重要指标。中国作为全球最大的碳排放国，明确各省份碳排放责任，对于制定科学的减排政策和实现可持续发展目标具有重要意义。本文基于中国多区域投入产出表和各行业部门的碳排放数据，测算了2012年、2015年和2017年中国各省份的基于生产者责任视角和基于消费者责任视角的碳排放量，并分析了不同省份的碳排放特征，进而测算了省份之间的碳转移及其具体路径。以期为制定有针对性的碳排放政策提供科学依据。
With the increasing severity of global climate change, carbon emissions have become an important indicator to measure the economic development patterns and environmental impact of countries and regions. As the world’s largest carbon emitter, China has significant implications for scientific emission reduction policies and sustainable development goals by clarifying the carbon emissions responsibilities of each province. Based on China’s multi-regional input-output tables and carbon emissions data from various industry sectors, this paper calculates the carbon emissions of each province in China from both producer responsibility and consumer responsibility perspectives in 2012, 2015, and 2017. It also analyzes the carbon emission characteristics of different provinces and measures the carbon transfers and specific paths between provinces. This study aims to provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted carbon emission policies.
