集束化护理在产前诊断双胎妊娠孕妇中的应用研究
Application of Cluster Nursing in Prenatal Diagnosis of Twin Pregnancy Pregnant Women

目的：分析集束化护理在产前诊断双胎妊娠孕妇中的应用价值。方法：研究对象70例为双胎妊娠孕妇，入院后以电脑随机法分为对照组(n = 35)、观察组(n = 35)两组，对照组开展常规护理，观察组开展集束化护理，对比护理结果，研究起止时间为2021年12月~2022年12月。结果：观察组的焦虑情绪(SAS)评分和抑郁情绪(SDS)评分均低于对照组，观察组的总体幸福感(GWB)评分高于对照组，对比有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；观察组孕妇的护理满意度高于对照组，对比有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组孕妇的不良妊娠结局的发生率低于对照组，对比有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：在双胎妊娠孕妇的产前诊断过程中实施集束化护理，有利于缓解孕妇的负面情绪，提升孕妇的幸福感，从而减少不良妊娠结局状况的发生，收获孕妇的满意和肯定。
Objective: To analyze the application value of cluster nursing in prenatal diagnosis of twin pregnancy in pregnant women. Method: Seventy pregnant women with twin pregnancies were randomly divided into a control group (n = 35) and an observation group (n = 35) by computer after admission. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received cluster nursing care. The nursing results were compared, and the study was conducted from December 2021 to December 2022. The results showed that the anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the overall well-being (GWB) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing cluster nursing in the prenatal diagnosis process of twin pregnancy pregnant women is beneficial for alleviating negative emotions of pregnant women, enhancing their sense of happiness, reducing the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and gaining satisfaction and affirmation from pregnant women.
