升阳益胃汤加味联合雷贝拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction Combined with Rabeprazole in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的：评估升阳益胃汤加味联合雷贝拉唑在临床慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中的疗效。方法：按照纳排标准纳入合适数量的病例，并随机分组：对照组(单独使用雷贝拉唑)和研究组(升阳益胃汤加味联合雷贝拉唑)，比较两组有效率。收集两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分和病理积分并比较。测量并记录治疗前后两组患者胃泌素-17、胃蛋白酶原I、胃蛋白酶原II水平。结果：治疗后，研究组病例的中医证候积分和病理积分明显降低；胃泌素-17、胃蛋白酶原I、胃蛋白酶原II水平上升的更高。研究组的临床有效率显著优于对照组，且不良反应的发生率低。结论：升阳益胃汤加味联合雷贝拉唑可以改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Shengyang Yiwei Tang combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, an appropriate number of cases were included, and randomly divided into a control group (using rabeprazole alone) and a study group (using modified Shengyang Yiwei decoction combined with rabeprazole), comparing the effectiveness of two groups. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pathological scores of two groups of patients were collected before and after treatment and compared. The levels of gastrin-17, pepsinogen I, and pepsinogen II were measured and recorded before and after treatment in two groups. Results: After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and pathological score of the study group cases were significantly reduced; the levels of gastrin-17, pepsinogen I, and pepsinogen II increased higher than the control group. The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was low. Conclusion: The combination of Shengyang Yiwei decoction and rabeprazole can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, providing a new treatment method for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
