Abstract:

目的:比较聚醚醚酮、钴铬合金卡环在不同倒凹深度下的疲劳寿命,为临床卡环材料的选择提供依据。方法:聚醚醚酮和钴铬合金将制作的铸造卡环相应地进入基牙两种倒凹深度(0.25 mm和0.50 mm),进行位移控制疲劳弯曲实验得出初始载荷及循环次数。结果:对两种材料制作的卡环循环疲劳测试的统计学分析结果显示,位移为0.25 mm时,钴铬合金的初始载荷高于聚醚醚酮(P < 0.05);聚醚醚酮卡环疲劳失效时循环次数大于钴铬合金卡环疲劳失效时循环次数(P < 0.05)。当弯曲位移为0.5 mm时钴铬合金的初始载荷高于聚醚醚酮(P < 0.05);聚醚醚酮卡环疲劳失效时循环次数大于钴铬合金卡环疲劳失效时循环次数(P < 0.05)。钴铬合金加载至0.25 mm和0.5 mm位移时疲劳失效时循环次数具有差异性(P < 0.05),聚醚醚酮加载至0.25 mm和0.5 mm位移时疲劳失效时循环次数不具有差异性(P > 0.05)。结论:聚醚醚酮的抗疲劳性能优于钴铬合金。
Objective: To compare the fatigue life of polyetheretherketone and cobalt chromium alloy snap rings at different concave depths, and provide a basis for the selection of clinical snap ring materials. The casting clasp made of polyetheretherketone and cobalt chromium alloy was correspondingly inserted into the two concave depths of the abutment teeth (0.25 mm and 0.50 mm), conduct displacement controlled fatigue bending experiments to obtain the initial load and number of cycles. The statistical analysis of the cyclic fatigue test results of the two materials’ snap rings showed that when the displacement was 0.25 mm, the initial load of cobalt chromium alloy was higher than that of polyetheretherketone (P < 0.05); The number of cycles during the fatigue failure of polyetheretherketone snap rings is greater than that of cobalt chromium alloy snap rings (P < 0.05). When the bending displacement is 0.5 mm, the initial load of cobalt chromium alloy is higher than that of polyetheretherketone (P < 0.05); The number of cycles during the fatigue failure of polyetheretherketone snap rings is greater than that of cobalt chromium alloy snap rings (P < 0.05). There is a difference in the number of cycles during fatigue failure of cobalt chromium alloy loaded at 0.25 mm and 0.5 mm displacements (P < 0.05), while there is no difference in the number of cycles during fatigue failure of polyetheretherketone loaded at 0.25 mm and 0.5 mm displacements (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The fatigue resistance of polyetheretherketone is superior to that of cobalt chromium alloy.
