基于CiteSpace的社会资本参与老旧小区改造研究可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Social Capital Participation in the Renovation of Old Residential Areas Based on CiteSpace

老旧小区改造工作不仅是城市更新和发展的重要组成部分，为清晰地了解老旧小区改造中社会资本参与的研究现状，本文选取中国知网数据库2015~2024年收录的老旧小区改造期刊论文作为研究对象，CiteSpace软件对当前老旧小区研究内容进行可视化分析。研究结果显示：目前对老旧小区的研究缺少社会学科的研究机构的参与，且当前研究主要聚焦于施工建设和基础设施服务。为了更全面地推进老旧小区改造，需要引入更多社会学科，并推动多学科交叉的创新型研究，以实现多元主体共建共治共享的目标。
The renovation of old residential communities is not only an essential part of urban renewal and development. To clearly understand the research status of social capital participation in the renovation of old residential communities, this paper selects the journal articles on the renovation of old residential communities included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from 2015 to 2024 as the research object, and uses CiteSpace software to conduct a visual analysis of the current research content on old residential communities. The research results show that the current research on old residential areas lacks the participation of research institutions of social disciplines, and the current research mainly focuses on construction and infrastructure services. In order to promote the reconstruction of old residential areas more comprehensively, it is necessary to introduce more social disciplines and promote interdisciplinary innovative research, so as to achieve the goal of co-construction, co-governance and sharing of multiple subjects.
