大学生网络成瘾的原因及干预措施

Abstract:
网络成瘾(Internet Addiction Disorders, IAD)被描述为一种行为成瘾，表现为对互联网的反复和无限制使用，会引起一系列认知和社交障碍。随着互联网的发展，网络成瘾在世界许多国家的大学生中广泛流行。在现代社会，互联网固然重要，但由此引发的一系列公共卫生问题不容忽视。因此，了解引起大学生网络成瘾的原因有重要的意义，可以为大学生网络成瘾的预防和干预提供科学有效的依据。
Internet Addiction Disorders (IAD) is described as a behavioral addiction characterized by repeated and unrestricted use of the Internet, resulting in a range of cognitive and social impairments. With the development of the Internet, Internet addiction is widely popular among college students in many countries around the world. In modern society, the Internet is important, but the resulting series of public health problems cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the causes of Internet addiction in college students, which can provide scientific and effective basis for the prevention and intervention of Internet addiction in college students.
