Abstract:

党和国家始终将民族教育作为国家发展的重要战略,致力于推动民族教育的繁荣与进步。在这一过程中,师资队伍的稳定性对民族教育的持续发展起着至关重要的作用。稳定的师资队伍有助于形成良好的教育环境,吸引更多优秀人才投身民族教育事业,为民族地区的长远发展奠定坚实基础。本文通过对凉山彝族自治州冕宁县石龙镇师教师的问卷调查,以数据分析揭示其稳定性现状,并探究原因,以期提出加强民族乡镇地区师资队伍稳定性的建议。
The Party and the State have always regarded ethnic education as an important strategy for national development and are committed to promoting the prosperity and progress of ethnic education. In this process, the stability of the teaching staff plays a vital role in the sustainable development of ethnic education. A stable teaching staff helps to form a good educational environment, attract more outstanding talents to join the cause of ethnic education, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of ethnic areas. This paper uses a questionnaire survey of teachers in Shilong Town, Mianning County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, and uses data analysis to reveal its stability status and explore the reasons, in order to put forward suggestions for strengthening the stability of the teaching staff in ethnic townships and villages.
