基于学科交叉的桥梁养护管理人才培养模式探索

Abstract:
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国建成的桥梁尤其是超大跨度桥梁越来越多,对桥梁养护管理方面的人才需求越来越大。针对当前我国桥梁生命周期中存在的重建设、轻养护的情况,提出今后的桥梁建设人才培养应往建设和养护并重方向发展。基于当前桥梁专业的人才培养主要围绕建设过程展开,分析了桥梁养护和桥梁建设对知识体系需求的异同点,提出桥梁养护更需要学科交叉的知识体系。最后,提炼总结出行之有效的新型桥梁养护管理人才培养教学方案,确保在实施教学过程中能够做到有的放矢,提高课程的质量及课程的内涵,为培养新时代高素质高技术桥梁养护管理人才奠定理论基础。
With the continuous development of the social economy, more and more bridges, especially ultra long span bridges, have been built in China, and there is an increasing demand for talent in bridge maintenance and management. In response to the current situation of heavy construction and light maintenance in the life cycle of bridges in China, it is proposed that future talent cultivation in bridge construction should focus on both construction and maintenance. Based on the current talent cultivation in the bridge profession, it mainly focuses on construction related talents, analyzes the similarities and differences in knowledge resource requirements between bridge maintenance and bridge construction, and proposes that bridge maintenance requires a cross disciplinary knowledge system. Finally, extract and summarize effective teaching plans for cultivating new types of bridge maintenance and management talents, ensuring that targeted teaching can be achieved in the implementation process, improving the quality and connotation of the curriculum, and laying a theoretical foundation for cultivating high-quality and high-tech bridge maintenance and management talents in the new era.
