一种含氨清洗废液中氨氮的去除研究

Abstract:
本文对印刷线路板蚀刻过程中产生的含氨清洗废液进行安全处置研究,探究了沉淀法对含氨清洗废液中重金属的去除,去除后再利用次氯酸钠同废液中的氨氮、双氧水反应来实现含氨清洗废液的安全高效处理,研究了次氯酸钠用量、加药速度以及反应时间对除氨氮的影响,确认最佳处置条件。
This paper conducted a study on the safe disposal of ammonia-containing cleaning waste liquid produced during the etching process of printed circuit board, explored the removal of heavy metals in ammonia-containing cleaning waste liquid by precipitation method, and then reacted sodium hypochlorite with ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen peroxide in the waste liquid to achieve safe and efficient treatment of ammonia-containing cleaning waste liquid. The influence of sodium hypochlorite dosage, dosage rate and reaction time on the removal of ammonia nitrogen was studied. Identify optimal disposal conditions.
