全面建设统一大市场，对我国疏通经济循环路径、推动高质量发展具有重要战略意义，促进各类资源要素在更广阔的市场内自由流动。本文通过对美国和欧洲统一大市场的发展历程，探究其成功案例中我国能学习到的经验方法。本文以国内统一大市场建设的阻碍因素为研究重点，依据各省份“十四五”规划、主要一线城市工资与房价水平、各年物流支出提供数据支持，从地方保护主义、产业政策较为分散、市场基础设施不完善、要素流动成本较高、要素市场分割、产权交易存在市场壁垒挖掘主要妨碍大市场建设的关键因素，并据此提供相适应的政策建议。
The comprehensive construction of a unified market is of great strategic significance for China to dredge the economic cycle path and promote high-quality development, and promote the free flow of various resource elements in a broader market. Through the development process of the unified market in the United States and Europe, this paper explores the experience and methods that China can learn from its successful cases. This paper focuses on the obstacles to the construction of a unified market in China, and provides data support based on the 14th Five-Year Plan of each province, the level of wages and housing prices in major first-tier cities, and the annual logistics expenditure. From the perspective of local protectionism, industrial policy is relatively scattered, market infrastructure is not perfect, factor flow cost is high, factor market segmentation, and there are market barriers in property rights transactions, the key factors that mainly hinder the construction of the large market are excavated, and corresponding policy suggestions are provided.
