浅析杭州市临安区基本公共文化服务城乡差异
Analysis of the Urban-Rural Differences in Basic Public Cultural Services in Lin’an District, Hangzhou City

论文的主要内容是杭州市临安区5街道2镇农村和城市的基层公共文化服务差异。首先，对杭州市临安区5街道2镇现有的研究状况进行了简单回顾；然后，依据有关的政策与研究结果，构建了相应的指标体系，采集杭州市临安区各街道2013~2022年十年间的各项数据，在对临安区各街道数据分析的基础上，采用综合评估与变动系数方法，对全区及各街道进行了全面的评估与辨析。结果表明，临安区各街道的基本公共文化服务发展水平整体情况在不断改善，在过去的4年里，城市的进展程度在不断提高，但是仍然未能达到均衡的程度。
The main content of the paper is the differences in grassroots public cultural services between rural and urban areas in 5 streets and 2 towns of Lin’an District, Hangzhou City. Firstly, a brief review was conducted on the current research status of 5 streets and 2 towns in Lin’an District, Hangzhou City; Then, based on relevant policies and research results, a corresponding indicator system was constructed to collect various data from each street in Lin’an District, Hangzhou City from 2013 to 2022. Based on the analysis of the data from each street in Lin’an District, a comprehensive evaluation and coefficient of variation method were used to comprehensively evaluate and differentiate the entire district and each street. The results indicate that the overall development level of basic public cultural services in various streets of Lin’an District is continuously improving. In the past four years, the progress of the city has been continuously increasing, but it has still not reached a balanced level.
