小丑照护在儿科护理中的应用研究进展

Abstract:
小丑护理是一种基于愉悦心理体验的疗法，能够促进内啡肽的释放缓解疼痛感，借助充满欢乐的表演互动消除不良情绪，提高治疗依从度；增强社交欲望，提高社交能力，有助于儿童保持心理健康。在国内小丑护理主要用于缓解术后疼痛，提高穿刺治疗的配合度，缓解烧伤后的不适感，消除癌症化疗期的不良情绪，树立治疗信心。本文采用文献研究法，对小丑照护在儿科护理中的应用进行综述，探讨小丑护理的作用机制、实施方法、应用领域及效果等问题，以期为后续护理工作的开展提供帮助。
Clown care is a therapy based on pleasant psychological experience, which can promote the release of endorphins to alleviate pain, eliminate negative emotions through joyful performances and interactions, improve treatment compliance, enhance social desires, strengthen social skills, and contribute to maintaining mental health of children. In China, clown care is primarily used to alleviate postoperative pain, improve cooperation in puncture treatment, relieve discomfort after burns, dispel negative emotions during cancer chemotherapy, and build up treatment confidence. This paper adopts the literature research method to review the application of clown care in pediatric nursing, exploring its mechanism of action, implementation methods, application fields, and effects, with the aim of providing assistance for the subsequent nursing work.
