高职食品生物技术专业岗课赛证融合人才培养模式探究
Research on the Training Mode of Food Biotechnology Specialty Integrated with Post Course Contest and Certificate in Higher Vocational Education

我国职业教育已进入全面综合深化改革阶段，面对岗位、竞赛、考证与教学割裂分离的传统问题，本文以岗位需求为导向、以就业为动力、以职业技能为核心、以综合素养为内涵，构建“岗课赛证”融合课程体系和育人评价体系，建立课外促学促教平台，探究食品生物技术专业“岗课赛证”融合人才培养新模式。
China’s vocational education has entered a stage of comprehensive and in-depth reform. Facing traditional issues such as the disconnection between jobs, competitions, certification, and teaching, this paper aims to address these problems by developing a curriculum system and talent cultivation model that integrates jobs, courses, competitions, and certifications (“job-course-competition-certification” integration). Guided by job market needs, motivated by employment, centered on vocational skills, and encompassing comprehensive qualities, this model seeks to establish an integrated curriculum and educational evaluation system. Additionally, it aims to create an extracurricular learning and teaching promotion platform, exploring a new talent cultivation model for the food biotechnology major through the “job-course-competition-certification” integration.
