心理疏导在大学生思想政治教育中的应用及路径探析

Abstract:
心理疏导作为新时代推动和促进思想政治教育方法创新的重要途径,越来越得到党中央和各高校的高度重视,不仅反映出新时代思政教育培养人才的深层需求,也为大学生的思想政治教育实践提供了新的指导方针。随着大学生心理健康问题日益突出,将心理疏导融入到思想政治教育中变得尤为重要。然而,目前在部分高校大学生思想政治教育中,心理疏导的应用仍存在着一些问题。鉴于此,本文在深入分析和探讨心理辅导在大学生思想政治教育中的必要性与重要性基础之上,针对存在的问题提出了具体的改进措施,从而提高心理疏导在大学生思想政治教育中运用的针对性和实效性。
As an important way to promote and facilitate the innovation of ideological and political education methods in the new era, psychological detachment has been more and more highly valued by the Party Central Committee and colleges and universities, which not only reflects the deep demand for cultivating talents in ideological and political education in the new era, but also provides a new guideline for the practice of ideological and political education for college students. With the increasing prominence of mental health problems among college students, it is particularly important to integrate psychological guidance into ideological and political education. However, at present, there are still some problems in the application of psychological guidance in the ideological and political education of college students in some colleges and universities. In view of this, this paper analyzes and explores the necessity and importance of psychological counseling in the ideological and political education of college students in-depth on the basis of the existing problems and puts forward specific improvement measures, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological counseling in the ideological and political education of college students.
