Abstract:

杯芳烃以其独特的结构和性质引起了科研工作者的浓厚兴趣,在主客体化学、超分子组装、化学催化和生物活性等领域都有着非常广泛的应用,尤其是作为药物载体,其对细菌、真菌、癌细胞等均具有一定的抑制活性。本文试图总结近年来含氮有机物修饰的杯芳烃衍生物在生物活性方面取得的成就。
Calixarenes have aroused strong interest among researchers due to their unique structure and properties. They have a wide range of applications in host guest chemistry, supramolecular assembly, chemical catalysis, and biological activity. Especially as drug carriers, calixarenes have certain inhibitory activities against bacteria, fungi, cancer cells, etc. The recent achievements in the biological activity of nitrogen-containing organic modified calixarene derivatives were summarized in this review paper.
