随着社会的持续进步，心理健康问题日益受到广泛关注，特别是在大学生群体中表现得尤为突出。鉴于当代大学生正面临诸多压力与挑战，引导他们以正确的视角审视和应对心理问题显得尤为重要。同时，不容忽视的是，家庭教育作为塑造大学生心理健康的核心要素，其影响深远而持久。父母的教育策略、家庭的组织结构以及家庭的氛围环境，都在无形之中对大学生的心理健康状态产生着潜移默化的影响。因此，我们需深入探究家庭教育的多重影响，以期更有效地促进大学生的心理健康发展。
With the continuous progress of the society, the mental health problems are increasingly widely concerned about, especially among college students. In view of the contemporary college students who are facing many pressures and challenges, it is particularly important to guide them to examine and deal with psychological problems from a correct perspective. At the same time, it cannot be ignored that family education, as the core element of shaping college students’ mental health, has a far-reaching and lasting impact. The educational strategies of the parents, the organizational structure of the family and the atmosphere and environment of the family all have a subtle influence on the mental health state of the college students. Therefore, we need to deeply explore the multiple influences of family education, in order to promote the mental health development of college students more effectively.
