社会组织参与农村养老服务的路径研究

随着新型城镇化和老龄化的加剧，关注农村老年人养老服务的发展就是关注农村发展。社会组织作为乡村振兴的生力军，在实现农村养老服务发展中扮演着重要角色，能够有效提高养老服务的专业性，然而当前的社会组织在参与农村养老服务中仍存在社会组织信任危机、养老政策衔接不到位、高素质人才队伍缺乏等问题，需要通过加大社会组织参与养老服务宣传力度、扩展融资渠道、加强人才队伍建设、优化农村养老服务政策衔接等路径实现社会组织参与农村养老服务高质量发展。
With the intensification of new urbanization and aging, the development of elderly care services in rural areas is the focus of rural development. As a major force in rural revitalization, social organizations play an important role in realizing the development of rural elderly care services and can effectively improve the professionalism of elderly care services. However, there are still some problems in the current social organizations’ participation in rural elderly care services, such as the crisis of trust in social organizations, the inadequate connection of elderly care policies, and the lack of high-quality talent teams. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve high-quality development of social organizations’ participation in rural elderly care services by increasing the promotion of social organizations’ participation in elderly care services, expanding financing channels, strengthening talent team construction, and optimizing the connection of rural elderly care policies.
