财务共享模式下国美零售成本管理研究
Research on Retail Cost Management of Guomei under Financial Sharing Model

在新时代信息技术高速发展的背景下，财务共享模式已成为企业优化资源配置、提高管理效率的重要手段。大型企业可以通过财务共享有效整合内部财务数据信息，减少不必要的成本支出，为企业的成本管理提供给有效的成本数据支持。此外，通过财务共享中心的数据核算系统，可以保证数据的准确率，有效降低成本核算负担，提高相关数据在成本管理中的利用率。本文以国美零售为研究对象，分析其财务共享模式下的财务成本管理现状、企业成本管理存在的问题并提出相应的优化策略。
Under the background of the rapid development of information technology in the new era, financial sharing mode has become an important means for enterprises to optimize resource allocation and improve management efficiency. Large enterprises can effectively integrate internal financial data information through financial sharing, reduce unnecessary cost expenditures, and provide effective cost data support for enterprise cost management. In addition, through the data accounting system of the financial sharing center, the accuracy of data can be guaranteed, the cost accounting burden can be effectively reduced, and the utilization rate of relevant data in cost management can be improved. This paper takes Gome Retail as the research object, analyzes the current situation of its financial cost management under the financial sharing mode, the existing problems of enterprise cost management, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.
