在大学生的培养教育过程中社会实践起到了重要的作用，是大学生思想政治教育的不可缺失的环节之一，对于帮助大学生深入社会、了解国情、增强社会责任感与服务意识有着不可替代的作用。基于法治教育的背景下，各部门应将法治元素与实践元素相融合，并结合当下新时代对大学生法治思维的培养所提出的新要求，进而从创新法治教育实践方法、革新法治实践教学内容设计、强化社会实践活动环境支持等法治教育实践路径进行探寻。
Social practice plays an important role in the cultivation and education of college students, and is one of the indispensable links in the ideological and political education of college students, which has an irreplaceable role in helping college students to penetrate into the society, understand the situation of the country, and enhance their sense of social responsibility and sense of service. Based on the background of rule of law education, all departments should integrate the elements of the rule of law with the elements of practice, combine them with the new requirements for the cultivation of the rule of law thinking of college students in the new era, and then explore the practical path of rule of law education from the innovation of rule of law education and practice methods, innovation of rule of law practice teaching content design, and strengthen the environmental support of social practice activities.
