针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛验案一则
Acupuncture Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia: A Case Study

目的：本文旨在讨论带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床表现、中医发病机制、针刺治疗方法。方法：对黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的1例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者进行研究分析并查阅相关文献进行复习。结果：带状疱疹后遗神经痛是带状疱疹皮损愈合后最严重的后遗症，疼痛或者皮肤异常感觉严重影响患者日常活动和身心健康。在治疗此病的过程中，若使用西医手段进行干预，无法从根本上有效治愈疾病，并且不良反应多，容易反复发作。因此，越来越多的患者选择针刺治疗。结论：针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著、不良反应少、且预后良好，病情不易反复，为首选治疗方法。
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to discuss the clinical manifestations, Chinese medicine pathogenesis, and acupuncture treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: One case of postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Second Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was studied and analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed. Results: Postherpetic neuralgia is the most serious sequelae of herpes zoster after the healing of skin lesions, and the pain or abnormal skin sensation seriously affects patients’ daily activities and physical and mental health. In the process of treating this disease, if Western medicine is used to intervene, it cannot be effectively cured of the disease. And there are many adverse reactions, and it is easy to recur. Therefore, more and more patients choose acupuncture treatment. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has significant efficacy, few adverse reactions, and good prognosis, and the condition is not easy to recur, so it is the preferred treatment method.
