新型手持便携式发光压舌板筒的研发——医学与科技同行
Research and Development of a New Handheld Portable Illuminated Tongue Depressor Tube—Medicine and Technology Go Hand in Hand

压舌板作为咽部视诊的必备检查器具在医院中广泛使用，然而压舌板需配合手电筒照明才能清楚地展现口腔环境，因此医护人员常需双手并用，操作起来十分不便，尤其是面对婴幼儿、危重患者及不能自理的患者时，医护检查难度增大，也降低了工作效率。本项目研究设计了手持便携式发光压舌板筒，将手电筒和一次性压舌板结合起来，方便医护人员更清楚直观的观察患者咽部情况，单手操作使用方便，且在不插入压舌板时，此压舌板筒也可当手电筒使用，一物多用。
The tongue depressor is widely used in hospitals as an essential inspection tool for pharyngeal inspection. However, the tongue depressor needs to be used with a flashlight to clearly display the oral environment. Therefore, medical staff often need to use both hands, which is very inconvenient to operate, especially on the face of infants, critically ill patients and patients who cannot take care of themselves, medical examinations become more difficult and work efficiency is reduced. This project researched and designed a handheld portable luminous tongue depressor tube, which combines a flashlight with a disposable tongue depressor to facilitate medical staff to observe the patient’s pharyngeal condition more clearly and intuitively. It is easy to use with one hand and does not require inserting the tongue depressor. This tongue depressor tube can also be used as a flashlight when using the device, making it multi-purpose.
