GnRH-a治疗乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症1例

Abstract:
子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis, EMT)指子宫内膜组织种植于子宫之外形成病灶,表现为痛经、不孕、慢性盆腔疼痛等多种症状。肠道子宫内膜异位症是深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症最严重的形式之一,临床少见,症状不典型,诊断困难。现将1例长效促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗乙状结肠子宫内膜异位症病例报告如下,通过对该病例的分析增加对于肠道子宫内膜异位症的认识,指导临床治疗。
Endometriosis (EMT) is a condition in which endometrial tissue implants outside the uterus, forming lesions that can cause symptoms such as painful periods, infertility, and chronic pelvic pain. Intestinal endometriosis is one of the most severe forms of deep infiltrating endometriosis and is a rare clinical condition with non-specific symptoms and difficulty in diagnosis. Here, we report a case of treatment with long-acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) for sigmoid colon endometriosis. Through this analysis, our aim is to enhance understanding of intestinal endometriosis and provide guidance for clinical management.
