农业、农村、农民的“三农”问题是关乎我国国计民生的根本性问题，党中央始终将处理好“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重。乡村振兴是我国“三农”工作中心的历史性转移，是应对百年未有之大变局的重要战略。解决好“三农”问题的前提和重要基础是实现产业兴旺。产业兴旺凭借其自身独有的农业现代化、生产产业链化、经济组织科学化等优势，实现农村一二三产业融合发展。构建现代化经营体系、优化农业经营组织；延长农业产业链、增值农民收益；同时拓展社会化服务业，创新农业农村发展新业态，以产业兴旺助推乡村振兴。
