推动退役复学士兵融入高校国防教育实践

Abstract:
高校退役复学士兵经历军营的特殊历练,具有肯吃苦耐劳、信念坚定、思想觉悟高、学习生活作风优良、朋辈群体中榜样作用突出等特点。如何有效引导该群体投身到高校国防教育行列,把最大限度发挥退役复学士兵的示范引领和感染熏陶作用作为研究重点。作者以教育环境建设理论为支撑,以昆明理工大学为研究案例,对这一问题展开分析。
College soldiers who have been discharged from the army and returned to school have experienced the special training in the military camp, and have the characteristics of willingness to bear hardships and stand hard work, firm beliefs, high ideological awareness, excellent learning and life style, and outstanding role model in the peer group. This paper focuses on how to effectively guide the veteran student soldiers to join the ranks of national defense education in colleges and universities, and how to maximize their demonstration and infection. The author analyzes this issue with the support of the theory of educational environment construction and taking Kunming University of Science and Technology as a research case.
