乡村振兴背景下河南省农村老龄化的问题研究
Research on Rural Aging in Henan Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进，我国农村地区取得了显著的发展成就，然而，在这一进程中，农村老龄化问题日益凸显，成为制约乡村振兴的重要因素。河南省作为我国农业大省，农村人口众多，老龄化问题更加突出。本文深入分析了河南省农村老龄化的现状、特点及其成因，揭示了老龄化对乡村振兴发展的影响，指出老龄化问题在劳动力结构与社会经济发展、产业结构与农业现代化发展、社会保障与公共服务体系建设、文化传承与乡村建设等方面带来的挑战。进一步探讨了应对农村老龄化的策略，包括优化劳动力资源、打造农村多元经济，调整农村产业结构、推进农业现代化，推动社会保障与公共服务体系的创新，加强乡村文化建设、提升文化软实力等建议，以期为推动河南省乡村振兴和应对老龄化问题提供有益的参考与借鉴。
With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy, China is rural areas have made remarkable development achievements. However, in this process, the problem of rural aging has become increasingly prominent and has become an important factor restricting rural revitalization. As a big agricultural province in China, Henan Province has a large rural population, and the problem of aging is more prominent. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation, characteristics and causes of rural aging in Henan Province, reveals the influence of aging on rural revitalization and development, and points out the challenges brought by aging in labor structure and social economy development, industrial structure and agricultural modernization development, social security and public service system construction, cultural inheritance and rural construction. This paper further discusses the strategies to deal with rural aging, including optimizing labor resources, building rural diversified economy, adjusting rural industrial structure, promoting agricultural modernization, promoting the innovation of social security and public service system, strengthening rural cultural construction, and enhancing cultural soft power, in order to provide useful reference for promoting rural revitalization and coping with the aging problem in Henan Province.
