Abstract:

红色校史文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,具有深厚的历史底蕴和鲜明的时代价值。本文首先阐述了红色校史文化建设的价值意蕴,包括促进教师队伍素质建设和培育青年大学生的使命担当等方面的深远意义。随后,文章分析了当前红色校史文化建设面临的现实困境,如红色校史文化资源整合力度不足、红色校史文化资源的管理机制匮乏、教学主体的相关意识不足等问题。在此基础上,文章提出了红色校史文化建设的实践路径,包括推动红色校史文化资源整合、完善红色校史文化资源管理机制和加强教学主体的传承意识等具体举措。通过这些路径的探索与实践,旨在推动红色校史文化建设与学校教育教学、德育工作的深度融合,为培养具有历史责任感、使命感和爱国情怀的新时代青年贡献力量。
As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, red school history culture has a profound historical background and distinctive contemporary value. This article firstly explains the value and implication of the construction of red school history culture, including the far-reaching significance of promoting the quality construction of the teaching team and cultivating the mission and responsibility of young college students. Subsequently, the article analyses the practical difficulties faced by the construction of red school history culture, such as the insufficient integration of red school history cultural resources, the lack of management mechanism of red school history cultural resources, and the insufficient awareness of the main body of teaching and learning, etc. On this basis, the article puts forward a proposal for the development of red school history culture. On this basis, the article puts forward the practical path of red school history culture construction, including promoting the integration of red school history cultural resources, improving the resource management mechanism of red school history culture, and strengthening the inheritance consciousness of teaching subjects and other specific initiatives. Through the exploration and practice of these paths, it aims to promote the deep integration of the construction of red school history culture with school education teaching and moral education and to contribute to the cultivation of new-age youth with a sense of historical responsibility, mission and patriotism.
