出版企业财务共享服务中心的构建——以人民教育出版社有限公司为例
Construction of Financial Shared Service Center for Publishing Enterprises—Taking People’s Education Press as an Example

出版集团企业面临的经营环境日益复杂，管理需求不断提升。在信息化技术的推动下，通过业务和财务流程创新再造及信息系统协同，财务共享服务中心能够更好地服务于出版集团企业，进而助推企业财务工作数字化及向管理会计转型。本文以人民教育出版社有限公司为例，对其构建财务共享服务中心的必要性进行分析，从而对财务共享服务中心的组织架构、支持信息系统、流程再造方案进行深入研究，提出问题以及解决对策，以期助推出版集团企业高质量可持续发展。
Publishing group enterprises are facing increasingly complex business environments and increasing management needs. Driven by information technology, through business and financial process innovation and information system collaboration, the Financial Shared Service Center can better serve publishing group enterprises, thereby promoting the digitalization of enterprise financial work and the transformation towards management accounting. This article takes People's Education Press Co., Ltd. as an example to analyze the necessity of building a financial shared service center, and conducts in-depth research on the organizational structure, supporting information system, and process reengineering plan of the financial shared service center. It proposes problems and solutions, in order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of publishing group enterprises.
