Red resources are the revolutionary spirit and fine traditions formed in the practice of Chinese revolution and construction, containing the profound essence of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and reflecting the unique spiritual realm of the Chinese people’s value pursuit. As the builders and successors of the country, the mental health status of college students is related to the stability and development of society. Therefore, strengthening mental health education for college students, improving their psychological quality and adaptability, is an important and urgent task faced by universities in carrying out educational activities.
