中草药对大口黑鲈病原爱德华氏菌的体外抑制效果研究

Abstract:

本文采用水煎法制备10种中草药的水溶性提取物,观察其对大口黑鲈源杀鱼爱德华氏菌的抑制作用。通过琼脂打孔法对其活性进行筛选,并利用酶标仪测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示:10种水溶性提取物中有5种对杀鱼爱德华氏菌有不同程度的抑制作用,分别为大黄、黄连、黄芩、女贞子和苏木。其中苏木的抑菌和杀菌的效果最明显,抑菌圈直径平均值为21.2 mm,MIC和MBC的浓度分别为7.8125 mg/mL和62.5 mg/mL。该研究为大口黑鲈细菌性疫病的防控提供了新思路。
In this paper, water-soluble extracts of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were prepared by water decoction method to observe their inhibitory effects on Edwardsiella piscicida from largemouth bass. Agar hole diffusion test was applied to screen the antibacterial activity. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by microplate reader. The results showed that 5 of the 10 extracts had different inhibitory effects on Edwardsiella piscicida, including Rheum officinale Baill, Coptidis rhizoma, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Fructus ligustri Lucidi and Lignum sappan. Among them, Lignum sappan has the most obvious antibacterial and bactericidal effects. The average diameter of bacteriostatic zone was 21.2 mm. The concentration of MIC and MBC was 7.8125 mg/ml and 62.5 mg/ml respectively. The research had provided a new idea for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases in large mouth bass.
