乡村振兴视域下乡村民宿基础设施优化提升影响因子研究——基于南京汤山温泉旅游度假区
Research on the Influencing Factors of Rural Homestay Infrastructure Optimization and Improvement from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization —Based on Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring Tourist Resort

为推动乡村民宿的转型升级，进一步助推乡村旅游的可持续发展，带动乡村整体经济的高质量发展和乡村居民收入水平的提升，助力国家乡村振兴政策的实施与落实。基于携程旅行、飞猪旅行、美团民宿等多种平台顾客真实点评，结合实地调研，确定乡村民宿基础设施优化提升的影响因素，利用SPSS数据分析软件对其进行因子分析，确定乡村民宿基础设施优化提升的影响因子及乡村民宿基础设施优化提升的应对策略。研究表明：乡村民宿基础设施优化提升的影响因子可以归纳为客房设施优化因子、民宿设计优化因子、安全设施优化因子、娱乐设施优化因子、美食设施优化因子五个方面。在乡村振兴背景下，针对五个影响因子为乡村民宿基础设施优化提升提出相应的策略。
In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural homestay, further boost the sustainable development of rural tourism, drive the high-quality development of the overall rural economy and the improvement of the income level of rural residents, and help the implementation and implementation of the national rural revitalization policy. Based on the real customer reviews of Ctrip, Feizhu travel, Meituan homestay and other platforms, combined with field research, this paper determines the influencing factors of the optimization and improvement of rural homestay infrastructure, and uses SPSS data analysis software to analyze the factors, so as to determine the influencing factors of the optimization and improvement of rural homestay infrastructure and the corresponding strategies. The research shows that the influencing factors of the optimization and improvement of rural homestay infrastructure can be summarized into five aspects: guest room facilities optimization factor, homestay design optimization factor, safety facilities optimization factor, recreation facilities optimization factor, and food facilities optimization factor. In the context of rural revitalization, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies for the optimization and improvement of rural homestay infrastructure according to the five influencing factors.
