大学生就业教育的成效关乎大学生的就业质量。将“三全育人”教育理念融入大学生就业指导教育对于如何完善就业指导体系，增强大学生就业能力，促进大学生全面发展等方面都有着重要的意义。基于“三全育人”教育理念全面分析应用型本科高校在大学生就业能力培养中存在的问题显得尤为重要，从而从中探索出新模式新方法，给出就业育人工作创新路径。
The effectiveness of employment education for college students is related to the quality of their employment. Integrating the educational concept of “comprehensive education” into college student employment guidance education is of great significance for improving the employment guidance system, enhancing the employment ability of college students, and promoting their comprehensive development. It is particularly important to comprehensively analyze the problems that application-oriented undergraduate universities face in cultivating the employability of college students based on the educational concept of “three comprehensive education”, in order to explore new models and methods, and provide innovative paths for employment and education work.
