基于学科核心素养探究高中英语词汇教学现状与策略——以浙江省X中学为例

Abstract:
基于英语学科核心素养的词汇教学是英语语言教学的重要环节,词汇学习是高中生的重要内容。本研究运用问卷法、词汇测验、访谈法,采用定量定性相结合的方法研究和分析数据,调查浙江省X中学的英语教师词汇教学中对于学生学科英语核心素养的培养现状,以及学生对教师词汇教学的看法和期待,并基于此探讨高中英语学科素养背景下的高中英语词汇教学理念和教学策略。研究发现,英语教师的学科核心素养意识高,但实际培养现状与理想有一定差距。因此,教师必须优化词汇教学策略,推动学科核心素养政策落地。
Vocabulary teaching based on the core competences of English is an essential part of English language teaching. Vocabulary learning is vital for senior high school students. In this study, questionnaires, vocabulary tests, interviews, and both quantitative and qualitative methods were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of English teachers’ cultivation of students’ core competences in English vocabulary teaching at X Middle School in Zhejiang Province, as well as students’ views and expectations on teachers’ vocabulary teaching. Based on this, this research discusses the teaching concepts and teaching strategies of senior high school English vocabulary under the background of senior high school English core competences. It was found that English teachers have a high awareness of core competences. However, there is a particular gap between the actual training situation and the ideal. Therefore, teachers need to optimize vocabulary teaching strategies and promote the implementation of core competences.
