新时代视域下民办高等职业院校创新创业教育现状及策略探析

Abstract:

新时代下,高校大学生创新创业素质能力的教育与培养受到了国家与社会的极度重视,许多民办高职院校也积极响应国家号召,将培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才作为其培养目标。但国内较多民办高等职业院校在对大学生进行创新创业教育的过程中,仍然存在着理论实践不匹配等问题。本文提出通过明确创新创业教育理念,分析民办高等职业院校创新创业教育人才培育中存在的问题,结合实际提出优化育人模式、加强人才培养体系建设、强化民办高职院校“双创”师资力量等途径有效加强民办高等职业院校创新创业教育人才培养工作,从而有效加强民办高等职业院校的创新创业教育人才培养工作,为社会培养更多优秀的创新创业人才。
In the new era, the education and cultivation of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial qualities and abilities have been paid great attention by the state and society. Many private higher vocational colleges have also actively responded to the call of the state, taking cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability as their training goal. However, many private higher vocational colleges in China still have problems such as mismatch between theory and practice in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students. This paper proposes to clarify the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education in private higher vocational colleges, and put forward ways to effectively strengthen the cultivation of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education in private higher vocational colleges by optimizing the education mode, strengthening the construction of talent training system and strengthening the “double-creation” teachers in private higher vocational colleges, so as to effectively strengthen the cultivation of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education in private higher vocational colleges and cultivate more outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society.
