心理治疗中针对抑郁青少年家长的干预方案综述

Abstract:
近年来儿童青少年心理问题日益严峻，抑郁患病率持续升高，逐渐受到社会广泛关注。作为青少年重要他人之一的家长，承受着巨大压力，面临疾病专业知识匮乏、解决家庭问题技能不足、自身负面情绪压抑等困境。因此，本文梳理了多种心理治疗中针对抑郁青少年家长的干预和支持方案，包括个体心理咨询视角下认知行为治疗中针对家长的心理教育和人际关系治疗中邀请家长协助治疗、家庭心理咨询视角下的以家庭为中心的心理教育和家庭心理教育。结合现实困境，参考多种心理干预和支持方案，为后续指导和帮助抑郁青少年家长提供建议和思路，为青少年提供更加健康的家庭环境，促进其康复和预防复发。
In recent years, the psychological problems of children and adolescents have become increasingly severe, and the incidence of depression has continued to rise, gradually attracting widespread attention from society. As parents of important young people, they face enormous pressure, such as a lack of professional knowledge about diseases, insufficient skills in solving family problems, and suppression of negative emotions. Therefore, this article reviews various intervention and support plans for parents of depressed adolescents in psychological therapy, including psychological education for parents in cognitive behavioral therapy from the perspective of individual psychological counseling, inviting parents to assist in treatment in interpersonal relationship therapy, family centered psychological education from the perspective of family psychological counseling, and family psychological education. This article combines practical difficulties and refers to various psychological intervention and support plans to provide suggestions and ideas for guiding and helping parents of depressed adolescents in the future, providing a healthier family environment for adolescents, promoting their recovery and preventing recurrence.
