Festive Celebration from a Psychological Perspective: The Interweaving of Emotional Experiences, Social Interactions, and Cultural Identity

从心理学的角度深入探讨节日庆祝对个体和社会的影响，通过分析节日庆典中的情感体验、社会互动以及文化认同的形成过程，阐述了节日庆祝在心理健康、社会关系和文化传承方面的重要作用。研究发现，节日庆祝不仅是个体情感宣泄和心理调适的重要途径，更是促进社会团结、传承文化价值和增强民族认同的关键纽带。
From the perspective of psychology, this paper explores the impact of festival celebration on individuals and society, and expounds the important role of festival celebration in mental health, social relations and cultural inheritance by analyzing the emotional experience, social interaction and cultural identity formation process in festival celebration. The study found that festival celebration is not only an important way for individuals to vent their emotions and adjust their psychology, but also a key link to promote social unity, inherit cultural values and enhance national identity.
