Abstract:

膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,简称KOA)是一种常见的退行性关节疾病,主要由于软骨退变和关节炎引起,临床表现为关节疼痛、活动受限、肿胀等症状,严重影响了患者的生活质量。随着人口老龄化的加剧和生活方式的改变,膝骨关节炎的患病率呈逐年上升的趋势,已成为全球范围内的重要公共卫生问题。本文旨在系统综述膝骨关节炎的临床治疗和预后研究进展,总结和分析目前的研究成果,探讨治疗方法的优缺点,评估预后因素的影响,为临床医生提供科学的诊疗方案,为膝骨关节炎患者的康复提供理论依据,促进膝骨关节炎的早期诊断和治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。
Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common degenerative joint disease, mainly caused by cartilage degeneration and arthritis. The clinical manifestations are joint pain, limited movement, swelling and other symptoms, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. With the aggravation of population aging and lifestyle changes, the prevalence of knee osteoarthritis is increasing year by year, which has become an important public health problem worldwide. This paper aims to systematically review the research progress of clinical treatment and prognosis of knee osteoarthritis, summarize and analyze the current research results, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of treatment methods, evaluate the influence of prognostic factors, provide scientific diagnosis and treatment plan for clinicians, provide theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of patients with knee osteoarthritis, promote the early diagnosis and treatment effect of knee osteoarthritis, and improve the quality of life of patients.
