Abstract:

加强基层教学组织建设,全面提高教师教书育人能力,是推动高等教育高质量发展的必然要求和重要支撑,虚拟教研室是信息化时代新型基层教学组织建设的重要探索。文章以勘查技术与工程专业为抓手,以虚拟教研室形成背景为铺垫,围绕教研形态、教学发展共同体、教学资源库、教师培训等方面搭建了虚拟教研室建设框架,开展了积极探索,并着重介绍了相应的做法及成效,在院系专业建设中形成了一定的特色,为学院学科专业高质量发展提供了有益支撑。
Strengthening the construction of grassroots teaching organizations and comprehensively improving the teaching and nurturing abilities of teachers is an inevitable requirement and important support for promoting the high-quality development of higher education. Virtual teaching and research section are an important exploration of the construction of new grassroots teaching organizations in the information age. This article takes the exploration technology and engineering major as the starting point, with the background of the formation of virtual teaching and research section as the foundation, and builds a framework for the construction of virtual teaching and research section around teaching and research forms, teaching development communities, teaching resource libraries, teacher training, and other aspects, and actively explores. Emphasis was placed on introducing the corresponding practices and achievements, which have formed certain characteristics in the construction of departmental specialties and provided beneficial support for the high-quality development of disciplinary specialties in the college.
