浅谈如何提高烤烟C4F等级的收购质量
How to Improve the Purchasing Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco C4F Grade

通过对烤烟收购中C4F等级合格率低、纯度差问题的原因分析，针对影响质量问题因素，提出在烟农培训上采取现场培训指导、典型烟农对比宣传引导、收购引导等措施，提高烟农分级水平，改变烟农观念；在评级队伍培训上实行培训合格聘用上岗制度，增强评级技能水平和对C4F等级的识别能力；在收购管理上实行每天“早、中”收购眼光平衡制度，不定时、不间断巡查制度，打包管理责任制度，采取考核通报、现场处罚、停秤整改、重大质量问题责任追溯等管控措施，切实提高了C4F等级的收购质量。
Through analyzing the reasons of low qualified rate and poor purity of C4F grade in the purchasing of flue-cured tobacco, aiming at the factors affecting the quality, in order to improve the classification level of tobacco farmers and change the concept of tobacco farmers, the measures of on-the-spot training guidance, typical tobacco farmers comparative propaganda guidance and purchase guidance were put forward We will implement a training and employment system for rating teams to enhance the level of rating skills and the ability to identify C4F grades; and implement a daily “Early and medium” vision balance system in acquisition management, unscheduled and uninterrupted inspection system, packing management responsibility system, taking assessment notification, on-site punishment, stop scale rectification, major quality problems responsibility traceability and other control measures, can effectively improve the quality of C4F-class acquisitions.
