社区银发经济与老年人健康的关系研究
Study on the Relationship between Community Silver Economy and Health of the Elderly

我国已全面进入老龄化社会，生活水平的提高亦使得老年人消费需求不断增加。社区作为老年人日常活动的主要场所之一，如何在银发经济时代，通过发展社区层面的银发经济来满足老年人的健康和休闲需求，促进老年人整体健康状况的提升，成为当前我国亟待解决的问题。本文基于“中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查”(CLHLS) 2018年数据，研究社区银发经济对老年人健康影响。对八项社区养老服务与老年人健康关系进行描述性统计，利用多元有序logistic模型探究社区养老服务与老年人健康程度的关系，结果显示两类服务均与老年人的健康程度呈现正相关。
Our country has fully entered an aging society, and the improvement of living standard also makes the elderly consumption demand increasing. Community, as one of the main places of daily activities for the elderly, how to meet the health and leisure needs of the elderly and promote the overall health of the elderly through the development of community-level silver economy in the era of silver economy has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country. Based on the data of the “China Aging Health Influencing Factors Tracking Survey” (CLHLS) in 2018, this paper studies the impact of community silver economy on the health of the elderly. Descriptive statistics were made on the relationship between eight community elderly care services and the health of the elderly, and multiple ordered logistic model was used to explore the relationship between community elderly care services and the health degree of the elderly. The results showed that both types of services were positively correlated with the health degree of the elderly.
