以消瘦为主要表现的布鲁氏菌病1例

Abstract:
布鲁氏菌病，简称布病，是布鲁氏杆菌感染引起的一种人畜共患传染病，属自然疫源性疾病，感染人以及牛、羊、猪、犬等动物。在中国，布病主要分布在北方一些省份，布病的临床表现多种多样，以发热、出汗、乏力和移行性关节疼痛最为常见，该病由于临床症状不明确，常被误诊为其他疾病。本文对1例以消瘦一年为主要表现的布病诊疗过程进行了回顾分析，包括患者的一般资料、辅助检查、诊疗经过等内容，该患者症状及体征隐匿，辅助检查多未见明显异常，在接诊过程中常常会忽视布病的不典型症状，因此报道本例，以便为今后临床工作提供参考。
Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Brucella infection, which is a natural epidemic disease and infects people, cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs and other animals. In China, brucellosis is mainly distributed in some northern provinces. The clinical manifestations of brucellosis are various, among which fever, sweating, fatigue and transitional joint pain are the most common. Because of unclear clinical symptoms, brucellosis is often misdiagnosed as other diseases. A case of brucellosis with emaciation for one year was retrospectively analyzed in this paper, including the general data of the patient, auxiliary examination, diagnosis and treatment process, etc. The symptoms and signs of the patient were hidden, and the auxiliary examination did not show obvious abnormality, and the atypical symptoms of brucellosis were often ignored during the consultation. Therefore, this case was reported to provide reference for future clinical work.
