OBE理念下旅游管理专业应用型人才培养模式研究
Research on Cultivation Mode of Applied Talents for Tourism Management Specialty under OBE Concept

当前时代背景下，职业院校旅游人才培养与行业发展存在脱节现象，导致应用型创新人才供需结构失衡。基于旅游管理专业人才培养中的关键性问题，本文提出OBE应用型人才培养模式，强调以学生为中心，以产出为导向，持续改进教学过程，并从培养目标、课程体系、教学机制、实践教学和评价体系等方面提供应用型人才培养模式的实施策略，以打造高素质旅游管理人才。
Under the background of the new era, cultivation of tourism talents in vocational schools restricts the development of tourism industry, resulting in the structural imbalance between supply and demand of applied innovative talents. Based on the key issues occurred in the cultivation of tourism talents, the present authors proposed an OBE-based mode of cultivation of applied talents. This mode emphasizes student-centeredness, output-orientation and continuous improvement of the teaching process. In order to cultivate high-quality tourism management talents, this study provides specific strategies regarding to this mode from the aspects of training objectives, course system, teaching mechanism, practical teaching and evaluation system.
