案例导向的《管理信息系统概论》线上线下混合式课程教学改革设计
Design of Hybrid Online and Offline Course Instruction Reform for Case-Based “Introduction to Management Information Systems”

《管理信息系统概论》是管理类专业的一门核心课程，传统的课堂教学模式已难以适应新时代教育发展的需求。为提高教学质量，实现“以学生为中心”的教育理念，促进学生主动学习和实践能力培养，本文提出一种以案例为导向的线上线下混合式课程教学改革设计。在线下课堂中引入案例教学环节，通过对情景案例的分析讨论，培养学生实践和解决实际问题的能力；同时建立在线学习环境，包括在线课程视频、自主习题练习、在线答疑互动等环节，为学生提供自主学习条件。该教学改革设计的实施，可以提升学生的专业知识、实践能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
“Introduction to Management Information System” is a core course for management majors, and the traditional classroom teaching mode has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of education in the new era. In order to improve the quality of teaching, realize the educational concept of “student-centered”, and promote students’ active learning and practical ability cultivation, this paper proposes a case-oriented online and offline hybrid course teaching reform design. The course design introduces case teaching in the offline classroom to cultivate students’ practical skills and real-world problem solving ability through analyzing and discussing the scenario cases; at the same time, it establishes an online learning environment, including online course videos, independent exercises, online Q&A interactions, etc., to provide students with independent learning conditions. The implementation of this teaching reform design can enhance students’ professional knowledge, practical ability, analyzing and problem-solving ability.
